About
I’m a fourth-year PhD in economics at UC Berkeley. My research interests are centered around development economics and innovation, using methods from international trade. I am currently thinking about science policy in developing countries, international technology diffusion, and transparency in structural models. I am an effective altruist and write too much on the EA Forum while procrastinating on research. I also work as a consulting researcher at GiveWell. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2021. Outside of research, I love to cook, play video games, and search for the best hot chocolate in the Bay Area. (Current champion is the Warming Hut.)
